As Customer Success & Operations Manager at Energize Marketing, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and platforms, collaborating closely with clients to set up and optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and guarantee their satisfaction with our B2B solutions.

We are seeking a confident and self-motivated professional who will spearhead the

implementation of an effective customer service and operations strategy. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers will be paramount. While working independently, you will also receive valuable assistance and support from our collaborative team, enabling you to drive customer satisfaction and foster business growth successfully.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboard customers and provide a positive experience working with Energize Marketing through a high degree of account management

  • Create document standardization by establishing uniformity in material, deadline, campaign reporting, and digital filing to ensure consistent and streamlined deliverables for our customers

  • Manage programs and deliverables by effectively leveraging technology and company systems

  • Optimize campaigns and problem solve with customers across all solutions

  • Proactive data reporting by creating and delivering mid, and post-campaign reports

  • Deliver lead reporting based on contractual KPIs

  • Cross-sell customers by suggesting complementary products and additional services

  •  Assist with marketing and operational tasks across email, digital, social, events and trade shows.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree required

  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in strategic account management

  • Strong understanding of digital/online marketing and associated technologies

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills

  • Understands customers’ needs and support their KPIs

  • Proven experience in managing technical project implementations

  • Help customers identify gaps in business process and workflow

  • Align solutions and demonstrate ROI data
