Senior Sales Director

This impactful sales role will be responsible for selling B2B account-based marketing (ABM) solutions. They will have demonstrated experience working in B2B media and demand generation sales and a track record of building relationships, maintaining pipeline and ultimately closing new business on behalf of the company. You will sell the full Energize Marketing product suite, which includes Lead Generation, Webcast, Virtual Event and Content Marketing solutions. This is an unmatched opportunity to offer leading solutions to B2B tech marketers.

 

The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-starter who will work diligently to implement a successful sales strategy aimed at expanding Energize Marketing’s market presence and client roster. You will work independently with the assistance and support of the team.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify and drive new business

  • Sell Energize Marketing’s product suite to marketers through a consultative approach

  • Build and manage a client roster using company CRM

  • Create custom proposals and deliver engaging presentations

  • Ability and desire to travel to meetings, conferences, and events

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or other related fields

  • 5-7+ years of direct B2B sales experience selling demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to marketing executives with history of quota achievement

  • Strong network within the IT and Cybersecurity marketing community and/or B2B agencies

  • Team player with a passion for customer service and success

  • Represent Energize Marketing with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism

  • A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
