David Steifman, co-founder and managing partner, drives Energize Marketing  toward its vision to fuel account-based marketing and digital strategies that deliver results. An award-winning B2B media executive, he brings over 15 years of digital marketing, product launch, business communication, and commercial & content strategy to every aspect of the firm’s operations.


David was Publisher of B2B cybersecurity media brand SC Media from 2011-2020, which under his leadership won over 40 industry awards including recognition from FOLIO, ASBPE, Tabbies, and Min’s. Prior to that he was Vice President of Huson International Media and oversaw a 32 country IT technology network of leading media brands including: InformationWeek, CRN, ComputerWeekly, Network Computing, and PC Magazine. He is also recognized as a digital marketing thought-leader and has spoken at conferences such as the Business Information & Media Summit (BIMS) and FOLIO. He is humbled to judge the annual ANA B2 Awards on behalf of the Association of National Advertisers.

Working within the B2B and tech industries for over 20 years, Melissa has a proven track record of engaging audiences and providing data-driven solutions that yield high performance results and drive revenue for organizations. She is a successful leader and motivator of cross-functional marketing, audience, email and data teams, and brings to Energize Marketing her extensive experience with audience and lead generation strategy and execution, marketing operations and automation, as well as a wealth of knowledge in leading digital analytics and platforms. She has previously held strategic roles for leading media and technology organizations such as Convertr, MJH Life Sciences, UBM Life Sciences and Advanstar Communications.

Michael is recognized for his ability to combine strategic insight with operational excellence, helping customers across industries achieve measurable performance at scale. Under his leadership, Energize Marketing has become a trusted partner to global enterprises, providing data-driven campaigns, content, and media solutions that consistently align with client pipeline and revenue goals.


Before launching Energize Marketing, Michael held senior leadership roles across media and marketing organizations serving the technology sector, including SC Media, Activate, and UBM (now Informa), where he advanced brands such as InformationWeek, Dark Reading, Network Computing, and Dr. Dobb’s. His career has been defined by building innovative marketing platforms, forging lasting client partnerships, and setting new standards in global demand generation.

With a career spanning over two decades, Matthew has been a guiding force for B2B marketers, aiding both startups and Fortune 500 powerhouses in deciphering the optimal blend of account based marketing solutions essential for advancing their strategic goals. His comprehensive expertise encompasses diverse areas, ranging from demand generation, content development, and custom research to video production and events. Before joining Energize Marketing, Matthew held roles in senior commercial and business development capacities within prominent B2B media brands like SC Media, PRWeek, and Medical Marketing & Media (MM&M). Along this journey, he has catered to customers within technology, corporate communications, and healthcare marketing.
