Customer Success & Operations Coordinator

 

About the Role:

Energize Marketing is growing! We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support digital campaign execution, website publishing, lead management workflows, and webinar production across some of the most innovative B2B brands in tech and cybersecurity. You’ll report directly to the Director of Customer Success & Operations and play a critical role in driving client success, operational excellence, and campaign quality.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing operations professional with a few years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support campaign setup and management in lead management platform.

  • Build, publish and update web pages, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot.

  • Assist with webinar production logistics, including timeline management, coordination of program deliverables and rehearsal/recording scheduling.

  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure goals are met and recommend optimizations for program success.

  • Help organize campaign assets, monitor project timelines, and track deliverables across various programs.

  •  Support the team in responding to client requests and ensuring high satisfaction.

  •  Bring a customer service mindset to both client and internal initiatives, delivering support with professionalism, responsiveness, and a positive attitude.

  • Support the team with quarterly business renewals and retention efforts to meet company target objectives.

  • Provide operational support across client programs, including reporting, QA checks, and system updates.

  • Update customer decks and spreadsheets with campaign data to support reporting, QBRs, and renewal discussions

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of marketing operations, customer success, or campaign management experience.

  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with lead & project management systems (Convertr, Monday.com), digital marketing platforms (HubSpot) required or strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
    (or equivalent professional experience).
